Leadership mean to me is when i am playing basketball i take care everythig because im the leader in team.when someone dont know what to do i help them what they have to do like what position they are in.
the next leadership my family,when someone get hurt or got surgery ill take care of them like my mom got surery 1 week ago,i always take her after school.i dont sleep untill 1 am.i take care of my mom because i love my mom what ever happen .

What makes a good leader?....Yes some people are better leader than others, and makes
this people this way?.Well there are many reasons why people like this and some of these
is because their capacity to communicate and aptitudes to direct and rule.
Also not these leaders are usually in all areas but are really good in one and some others not
all this depends on how much they are preparate and their knoledge in the working area.
Often this people are those kind of person who likes to take a risk and usually they don't
care what other people can say about them and they take the good advice.
In personal case I consider myself a leader but no often and jus in some cases and places

To make people be better team leaders than others in areas such as: sports is to have a good relationship with all of the team members and the couch, don't think that you are the best playerof the team , also don't give up and try again if you are about to lose because that will make you be a better player and you will prove that you can win. Have you ever been a leader? I was the leader of my friends all the time . They always listen to me and they said that I was a good person. Right now we just got through in a very sad situation, Because my grand Mom she just past, And we all a re very far from our home Country. We dont get a chance to go back and see her last time but out parents got chance, And im very happy because they are so lucky. When i hear that my grand mom she past i was feels so bad and cried because she is such a nice women and always she prays for their family and always whenever she saw us on skype she always ask us to come back because she thinks she cant able to wait for us thats why she wants to see us so she can feel good. But when i hear i was totally lost and even my dad on his way to see her and only my mom and my brother and sisters here we are so much worried how we are going to tell our dad that she already past so we were promise to our self is that whatever going on we all know that she already past just we have to do is pray for her.
On that time ill promise to my self is that i shpuld take a part of leaderhship because i knnow whats going on right now so i should gave my family support and also help them but sometimes i was lost and i run from them because i cant hold my tears.
When this happen ill prepared my self that i know something just happen so i have to support my family and listen to them so they didnt feel bad and they didnt realize like what just happen.

How can you get respect at school, at home, with friends, in groups?There are many ways to get respect at school, at home, with friends, and in groups.At school you can get respect by doing what you supose to do in all of your classes you can also get some respect by being prepared.At home you shouln't disturb your parents or not getting mad about anything that they told you.With friends you should listen what they said to get respect with them.And if you are in a group you shouln't fight the leader or make wise desicions with aything that your group do to get some respect.

It's not easy to get respect all the time, but if you do rihgt things you will get respect. At school I get respect by being prepared and participating in class. What does the word respect mean to you?...Respect is the base of many social behaviors. In my own opinion if you show respect, you get respect back. For exampleat school Ido the best in my classes and respect my teachers. With friends do not bully them and I help them. While in church I dress appropiate and I don't use my cellphone during ceremony. And that is how I get respect.

At School I get Respect by particpating in my classes and help other student. I also make sure im always Respect with my friends. Listening and helping them when they need help.Also in team I listeninq to my team when they say do this and that fianlly in home i Restect my little brother when they ask me to help them wit their homework . In school ii Respect my other friends, I help them with their homework. And sometime we work together as one as we are best friends.
