some people are better leaders than others in certain areas these people gain alot of respect but other people are better leaders in others stuff.Many students are very smart in school theses students helpother students because they always study else they are always prepared for anything and they never complain about abything thats why the  are good leaders they have to organise everything good and better than other to prove that they are betters leaders,they have to have their brain and mind organised so they wont make mistakes and they will be ready for what ever they have to do,i think they have to be very respecful with their teams or groups so they will be agree in everything and i else think they have to know how to listen to others and put attention so when others wants to exprese their opinions they can make betters opcions because a leader doesnt mean he/she have to do everything they can get help or ideas from others,a good leader have to show them that he/she has the capasity to be aleader he/she can show it by always do good and participate,help even ask for help when they have questions
