     To make people be better team leaders than others in areas such as: sports is to have a good relationship with all of the team members and the couch, don't think that you are the best playerof the team , also don't give up and try again if you are about to lose because that will  make you be a better player and you will prove that you can win.                                                                                                                          You can have a good relationship with all of the team members and the couch is to don't tell your team memberthat they don't know how to play and don't belibe that you can do everithing by yourself because you are the leader, and you need to show it and don't tell it to your teammates and the couch.                                      In conclusion having a good relationshipwith the teammates to be a good team leader, also don't think that you are the best if you are not.
